Hazeldene is a large Georgian property situated on the edge of the Ribble Valley with views across the countryside. We are five miles from Blackburn and Clitheroe and have facilities nearby which include regular bus service, shops, churches and Post Office.

Hazeldene Care Home extends a warm welcome to all. We cater for Residential and Dementia clients, permanent, short term and respite.

We provide a warm, friendly, homely environment providing individually tailored care.

We provide an excellent choice of daily menu, and can cater for special dietary requirements. Food is locally sourced and is cooked fresh each day by our team of trained chefs.

We have beautiful lawned areas to the front of the home, which are accessible to all and a secure garden for people with Dementia.
